Candice Clipner received her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She represents employees exclusively in matters involving sex, race, pregnancy, age and disability discrimination, as well as cases involving sexual and racial harassment, retaliation, sexual violence, whistle-blowing, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.

Candice has been named to the Northern California Super Lawyers list for Plaintiff Employment Litigation by Super Lawyers Magazine for years 2013, 2015, 2018-2023 and Rising Stars in 2011.

Candice is a member of the State Bar of California and the California Employment Lawyers Association. CELA is a statewide organization of over 1,300 California attorneys who devote the major portion of their practices to representing employees in individual employment cases and class actions, including cases involving unpaid wages, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistle-blowing.
